Jim Jones will have a Fort Worth Audubon display table\, along with other nature nature groups\, to answer questions about wildlife. As you may know\, this is the one festival where bird ancestors (the dinosaurs!) are  also celebrated.

DESCRIPTION:A FREE family-friendly outdoor come-and-go event for all nature enthusiasts. You can remain at the nature center after the event to continue exploring their habitat. There are several trail systems and wildflower prairies. SUMMARY:Lake Lewisville ELA Mini-Sit Fundraiser
DESCRIPTION:he Friends of LLELA Mini Sit Fundraiser birding event will be held on May 3\, 2025 from 5:30 AM to Noon. This event welcomes all bird watchers\, from novices to pros at LLELA\, the 2600 acre wildlife refuge below the Lewisville dam. Our species list is over 275.  \nCreate your team\, from 3 to 6 birders\, and record all observations during the event hours. We will celebrate with an included picnic lunch afterwards. The fee is $20 per person. Please indicate your team leader’s name when you register.  \nAll funds will go towards repairing and activating the MOTUS tracking device located on top of the dam.
