Trinity Bird Walk & Count (Fort Worth Trinity Trails)
Join Tom Haase on four walks per year to search for and count birds, a program held in conjunction with Audubon Texas. The walks are held on a Sunday morning at various times to not interfere with other FWAS events.
For 2024-2025, the walks will be held on and start:
Sunday, September 22, 2024, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Sunday, October 27, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
January 5, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
April 13, 2025, from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM.
Meeting place: The walk will begin on Bellaire Drive on/near the bridge crossing the tributary/path leading to the Trinity River. Parking is available all along the street leading up to the bridge. If you would like to arrive early for coffee, there is a Starbucks located at the Trinity Commons Shopping Area back on Hulen Street.
