January 2026 General Meeting: Electric Vehicle Myths and FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt), An Owner’s Perspective
Join us on Thursday, January 8, 2026, for our first meeting to usher in a new year. Tonight’s meeting topic is Electric Vehicle Myths and FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt), An Owner’s Perspective presented by Eric Pratt. Eric will discuss how electric vehicles are challenging the status quo for transportation. Myths and FUD are used to slow EV adoption, and they often are less than truthful. The presentation sorts fact from fiction.
This will be both a live in-person meeting and streamed on Zoom.
Please remember to give yourself extra time to arrive as the road construction might still have the entrance to the parking lot from Camp Bowie Blvd. closed. Montgomery Street is also under construction. Since I drive from downtown Ft Worth, I take West 7th Street to get to Clifton Street and the parking lot.
