FWAS October General Meeting: BirdNote(R) presented by Bibi Baksh-Pabion

Join us for our October, 2024, General Meeting. This meeting will be both live in-person and streamed on-line via Zoom. (See the home page for links to where we hold live meetings and the Zoom weblink for those who wish to join us on-line.)
The program tonight will be a presentation by Bibi Baksh-Pabion, Director of Communications. Bibi will join us via Zoom from her home in Seattle, WA. She will share information about the programs and history of BirdNote: an independent media production organization that brings joy, inspiration, and hope to millions of people around the world who value birds and the environment we share. Their website (https://birdnote.org) explains their mission: “Birds connect us with the joy and wonder of nature. By telling vivid, sound-rich stories about birds and the challenges they face, BirdNote inspires listeners to care about the natural world — and take steps to protect it.”
The meeting will start at 7:00 PM, with a social time beginning at 6:30. (The Zoom meeting room will open at about 6:30 as well)
