As members of the Fort Worth Audubon Society we aspire to promote an awareness, appreciation and understanding of birds and other wildlife while preserving and protecting their natural habitat.
Our membership consists of residents from Tarrant, Parker, Johnson and Denton Counties in Texas. Members share a passion for understanding and promoting birds and other wildlife while preserving their habitats. We pride ourselves in continuous avian education. We sponsor field trips. At our monthly meetings guest speakers discuss of various breeds of birds, particularly those in our region. Our members share their knowledge with fellow “birders” through our website and by making presentations for community organizations and schools.
