Birding at Foster Park, Fort Worth, TX

Join Jean Ferguson at Foster Park on the second Saturday of every month. (NOTE: Because of conflicts, this walk will be held on the first Saturday in the months of December, 2024, and February & March, 2025) The park is located at Trail Lake Dr. in south Fort Worth. This is Ft. Worth Audubon’s longest running monthly field trip! This is a great field trip for both beginning and experienced bird watchers as this linear trail attracts many migrants thanks to a small stream and wooded canopy. Easy walking on paved trails. The walk usually lasts 1 to 2 hours.
Start Time for June through September is 7:30 AM.
Start time for October through May is 8:30 AM.
Dress for the current weather conditions, and bring water and snacks if wanted.
